Solution
Moorhead Area Public Schools utilizes a fully integrated platform consisting of AssetPlanner®, Maintenance Planner, Digital Twins using 360 Floor Plans to manage its facilities portfolio. By consolidating asset data across multiple building types, the platform supports both day to day operations and long term capital planning while enhancing emergency preparedness through improved visualization and coordination. A subsequent phase includes a multi-stage data migration approach designed to maintain consistent data access and keep a retrofitted high school fully operational throughout construction.
