As a water management solutions provider, Ameresco works with municipal governments, the Federal Government and industrial customers to develop water infrastructure that conserves and utilizes water most efficiently.  Water savings measures are regularly incorporated in energy savings performance contract (ESPC) projects.

Ameresco also provides comprehensive wastewater treatment infrastructure solutions, including biogas infrastructure, to assure clean, safe water and effective wastewater management.  Our experts design and build wastewater treatment facilities and systems that allow water to be safely re-used and, in some cases, used as a new source of energy.

We design, build, operate and maintain hydropower solutions, preserve and protect groundwater, provide for flood control, and manage storm runoff. We install advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and can pair automated metering with our AssetPlanner™ software to automate water distribution, provide predictive maintenance modeling and measure water infrastructure against benchmarks.
