With an Ameresco ESPC, long-term energy savings provide funding for upgrades that are needed now, including energy efficient lighting, control systems, HVAC equipment, central plants, renewable energy systems, water conservation, plumbing fixtures and other equipment. Through an ESPC, these projects are funded on a budget neutral basis and paid for with guaranteed savings that are measured and verified annually. Battle Ground School District
In part because of a local utility company’s confidence in Ameresco’s TSE process, the Battle Ground School District qualified for $108,911 in energy rebates to help fund significant improvements to its water and energy systems.
City of Olympia
An energy savings performance contract helped the City of Olympia find funding for essential upgrades to existing energy infrastructure. Water use has been cut by 20 million gallons annually, and energy consumption is down by 833,566 kWh.
Olympic College
Energy management systems upgrades from Ameresco, including sub-meters at campus buildings, helped Olympic College meet its targets for the Amercian College and University Presidents’ Climate Commitment.
