Redmond Area Park and Recreation District
With ESPC financing, RAPRD was able to upgrade equipment and add automated controls to its Cascade Swim Center. Ameresco was able to secure $83,176 in incentives from the Energy Trust of Oregon, exceeding the $56,860 estimated to be available.
Portland Public Schools
The Portland Public School District ESPC includes new lighting and controls, new HVAC equipment and controls and new plumbing fixtures across a building area of approximately 1.6 million square feet. These improvements will reduce energy and water costs while improving the learning environment.
Hillsboro School District
Ameresco, Inc., a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy company, and the Hillsboro School District announced today that they began work on a nearly $3.5 million Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) to improve thirteen schools and increase their operational efficiency.
