ESPC – The Guaranteed Solution to Get Energy Projects Done

In the face of failing infrastructure, rising operating costs and limited budgets, state agencies need creative approaches for maintaining aging facilities. Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) is an alternative contracting method that enables state agencies to maintain and improve facilities from utility and operational savings that fund budget-neutral, long-lasting solutions. This session explains the Washington State DES program for ESPC and explores the WSDOT statewide facilities upgrade project, via turnkey ESPC delivery with guaranteed results.
