NH Business Review – NH signs energy-efficiency deal for over 20 Seacoast buildings

The state of New Hampshire has signed a 20-year energy savings performance contract, or ESPC, to implement energy conservation measures at more than 20 state facilities throughout the Seacoast.

Under the ESPC, the state expects to save energy without incurring any up-front costs. The state will pay for the energy improvements with the savings, which are expected to top $4 million over the contract.
