Lauren Todd
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Operations
Lauren Todd is Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Operations of Ameresco, Inc, a leading cleantech integrator and renewable energy asset developer, owner, and operator. She is responsible for Ameresco’s human resources, recruiting, payroll, travel, and office functions both domestically and internationally with primary responsibility for leading global HR functions company-wide. Dedicated to corporate social responsibility, Ms. Todd serves as an ESG Ambassadors member, where she focuses on the overall employee experience and outreach, to the communities in which we serve and chairs the Ameresco Volunteerism Ambassadors.
Additionally, Ms. Todd serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro West Boys and Girls Club, where she also participates on the diversity, equity, and inclusion committee.
Ms. Todd has more than 20 years of human resource experience. Prior to joining Ameresco in 2012, she worked for American Superconductor. She has also worked in areas of property management, academia, and HR consulting.
Ms. Todd is a strategic leader within the industry with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, community outreach, dynamic performance, and career development, best in class compensation and benefit practices, and talent acquisition all while striving to create a dynamic place to work. Ms. Todd earned her M.S. in Human Resource Management from Lesley University and a B.A. in Child Psychology and Counseling from Pine Manor College.
