SHPE Regional Leadership Development Conferences (RLDCs) empower both undergraduate and graduate students as well as professional members to realize their fullest potential.
The program equips attendees to be leaders — in their chapters and the workplace. Guided by experienced professionals, RLDC participants are inspired to impact their community through STEM.
