Ameresco to Announce First Quarter Financial Results on May 4, 2011

The Company introduces new process for releasing quarterly results

FRAMINGHAM, MA – April 20, 2011 – Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE:AMRC), a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy company, today announced it will release its first quarter financial results before the market opens on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Once announced, the earnings press release will be available on the “Investor Relations” section of www.ameresco.com. The Company will host an earnings conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET the same day.
On the call, President and Chief Executive Officer George Sakellaris and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Spence will discuss Ameresco’s financial results, review highlights from the Company’s first quarter, and present the business outlook and strategy.
In conjunction with its quarterly earnings call and press release, Ameresco will publish management’s prepared remarks concerning quarterly results. These prepared remarks will be furnished on a Current Report on Form 8-K and also posted to the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website at www.ameresco.com. This new process is designed to provide investors and analysts with enhanced access to quarterly results and non-financial metrics as well as additional insight into the Company’s performance in advance of its earnings calls.
