Ameresco Canada Inc. acquires Tele-Gest Inc. and Michel Bellerose Consulting in Quebec

Toronto, ON (August 3, 2004) – Ameresco Canada Inc., Canada’s largest and fastest growing independently-held energy service company, today announced the purchase of Tele-Gest Inc. and Michel Bellerose Consulting, both based in Montreal, Quebec. Tele-Gest Inc. and Michel Bellerose Consulting, founded by industry veteran Michel Bellerose in 1998, provide energy management and energy information services with a focus on institutional and healthcare markets throughout Quebec and Canada.
