Hawaii News Today – Adaptive reuse project transforms Davies Pacific Center into mixed-use development
The Davies Pacific Center at 168 Queen Street will eventually be retrofitted into a mixed-use residential, retail and commercial hub.
“Modea” is one of the latest projects from developer Avalon Group and will feature 352 residential condo units. The developer hopes to have the renovation complete by late 2025.
