ABC 10 – Cleantech company announces $140 million facility for Sacramento Area Sewer District
ELK GROVE, Calif. — Cleantech company Ameresco, which specializes in renewable energy, announced they entered into a $140 million contract to build a new facility for the Sacramento Area Sewer District.
“We are thrilled to partner with SacSewer, supporting their efforts to optimize the use of the biogas that is generated as a byproduct of the sewage treatment process,” said Michael Bakas, Executive Vice President of Ameresco.
