Bob McCullough
President – Ameresco Canada Inc.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bob McCullough is the President of Ameresco Canada Inc., joining Ameresco in 2015. Bob’s experience spans leadership positions within the energy efficiency, building technology and construction industries. As the business leader of Ameresco’s Canadian region, Bob has overall responsibility for the regional business. He leads a national team of business professionals, manages Ameresco’s Canadian marketplace, and oversees customer service excellence. Before joining Ameresco, Bob served as the Vice President and General Manager for Johnson Controls Canada, LP since 2006. In this role, he held overall business responsibility for JCI’s Canadian Region.
During his distinguished career, Bob served as President and General Manager of SimplexGrinnell following his role in managing and facilitating the integration of the Simplex and Grinnell companies for Canada. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years at Honeywell, LTD where he held a variety of business and sales positions at Honeywell’s Toronto-based headquarters, and was promoted to District General Manager, Atlantic Canada.
Lucy Huynh
Vice President, Finance
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Lucy Huynh currently serves as the Vice President of Finance, overseeing all aspects of Canadian project financing at Ameresco. She has a proven track record in financing high-impact projects, including solar energy assets, battery energy storage, and energy contracts. In her leadership role, Lucy works closely with the engineering team to develop sophisticated financial models for energy savings performance contracts and owned assets. She also collaborates with the account executive team to ensure that all financial and contractual submittals meet and exceed customer expectations. Lucy’s strategic insight and commitment to excellence have made her a driving force behind the successful financial execution of various energy projects across Canada.
Neil Caldwell
Vice President, National Operations
With over 25 years of experience at Ameresco Canada Inc., Neil Caldwell currently serves as Vice President of National Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing engineering, project delivery, operations, and maintenance of both building energy efficiency and distributed energy resource projects. Neil ensures that all operational functions align with the company’s strategic goals and values, managing multiple departments to drive cohesive performance. His responsibilities also include budgeting, performance monitoring, and the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Known for his proven ability to drive improvements, Neil has a track record of optimizing processes, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and continuously enhancing performance across the organization.
Enzo Colangelo
Vice President, Project Development and Risk Management
Over his 35 years with Ameresco, Enzo has worked and gained experience in almost all facets of Engineering, Procurement & Construction projects within the fields of Building Energy Performance Contracting, Renewable Energy System Integration, CHP Systems and Utility Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems. His experience extends from initial project development activities that include feasibility studies, energy analysis, design concept development, and cost estimating to overseeing and managing the execution of projects over $50 million. Enzo is currently responsible for overseeing the technical, budget, schedule, guaranteed performance parameters and risk assessment for new projects in support of our business development efforts across Canada.
Charles Mazzacato
Vice President, Business Development
With over 35 years of senior executive leadership experience in the power industry, Charles Mazzacato specializes in Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, and Distributed Energy Resources. As the Vice President of Business Development for Ameresco Canada, Charles leads all business development activities and is responsible for establishing Ameresco as a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, providing DER and Microgrid solutions to the Utility, Industrial, and Commercial markets. His extensive expertise and strategic leadership have been instrumental in positioning Ameresco as a key player in the evolving energy sector.
