Ameresco Canada Inc. Acquires Byrne Engineering

Toronto, ON – Ameresco Canada Inc (Ameresco), Canada’s largest and fastest growing independently-held energy service company, today announced the purchase of Byrne Engineering (Byrne).

Byrne is an independent consulting engineering firm specializing in mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, with a proven track record in the following fields: mining/mineral processing, manufacturing/production, transportation, energy, industrial automation, construction/renovation/rehabilitation, pressure vessel registrations and design/build modifications. Byrne’s fully integrated engineering services have been provided for projects in Canada and overseas.
