ONPHA Conference 2012

Visit Ameresco at the 2012 Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association Conference in booth 109.

Conference Session, Saturday November 17th

505 Asset Sustainability
Maintaining and sustaining non-profit housing is a goal for every non-profit. With an aging building infrastructure we need new tools and technology to help us stay on top of the evergrowing capital needs of our projects. Developing the right kind of questions while collecting onsite condition data is vital when establishing priorities and developing capital investment strategies. This session will showcase some new hand-held tools and technology to help societies develop data, create capital plans, and prioritize investment decisions.

Tim Dettlaff P.Eng., Senior Vice President, Ameresco.

611 Technology Tools for a Mobile Workforce
With the new technology of smart phones and tablets all around us it is becoming apparent that these are no longer toys but valuable tools that can help non-profit housing providers work smarter, manage their properties and become more economically efficient. Come to this session to see some examples of tablet apps that are becoming available and hear from providers about their plans and considerations in adopting these new technologies.
