Ameresco follows a sequence of steps, but the process is really a continuous improvement loop. As programs and projects are implemented, we re-evaluate on an ongoing basis. New information – about energy markets, changes in your business, and so on – continually feeds into the forward planning processes.
Working with Ameresco:
- We meet to discuss your needs, objectives and current situation.
- Working with basic information you provide, we develop a preliminary assessment of opportunities, savings and costs.
- If the proposed services and projects meet your financial criteria, we sign a formal agreement to proceed.
- We conduct due diligence and develop a detailed plan of action.
- Once you see the operational and financial benefits we can deliver, you accept the projects and sign a definitive agreement.
- We implement the energy solutions (as a turnkey project, performance contract, or energy services agreement).
- You accept the project.
- We perform ongoing monitoring, maintenance, reporting, and planning.
